At Jida Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.

  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jida Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds are typically processed immediately after the returned item has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period.

  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
